"Social Media is a huge part of growing trust with your community and clients"
I’m Sarah Galbraith
If we haven’t yet met you’ll soon find that I’m a little bit addicted to helping NZ businesses capture the power of social media!
It wasn’t always this way though. Years ago when I left my career in banking to start a family with my husband, Andy. I never imagined that within 5 short years we would be self employed and living a life that involved taking leaps of faith at every turn.
Yet here we are!
Our oldest child is now 15 and we have a 10 year old video production company that is growing and thriving. Our day to day life consists of saying yes to new opportunities. It means stretching our creative brains into new realms, and it means living on the edge – in the best possible way!
I remember dreading going back to the mundane, day to day life of the bank. But friends, there is nothing mundane about the life, family and business that we have now – and I know that your business is exciting too. You have stories to tell – just like I do.
As we began to grow our media company into a successful business, I soon came to the realisation that social media is a huge part of growing trust with your community and clients – both existing and new.
Video and social media are both about storytelling – so creating The Social Approach was a match made in heaven (just like Andy and me).
Stories are what bring us together. Stories are what humanise our brands. And guess what – ALL of us have stories!
I began one on one coaching businesses for social media, plus workshops, working with NZ Trade & Enterprise and featuring on podcasts. But I felt that I could do more to help – in an affordable way that could be accessed without the restrictions of locations and tight budgets.
The Social Approach is dedicated to sharing resources with New Zealand business owners to empower their social media every day.
I’m giving you the resources that I wish I had when I started out. I’m giving you daily inspiration and tools to help make your socials a fun and painless experience. After all, social media should be enjoyed!
